I loved the intrigue in this book. The unexpected nature of crossing, or not crossing, the societal divide.
I absolutely loved the challenge and intrigue in this book. Imagine an escape room, logic puzzle and a game of mystery all thrown in. The only thing I didn‘t enjoy was that we would have to wait until Autumn 2021 for the sequel.
The finale of ‘The Folk of the Air‘ trilogy takes you on such an adventure that you feel like you are right there alongside the characters themselves.
This book left me raging with the cliffhanger Holly Black leaves you on at the end. I couldn‘t believe that was how she ended it. By this point, I was so drawn into the books, I dove straight into the final part.
This book drew me in to a the human and Faerie world like I never expected. One of those books that keeps you wanting to turn the pages.
