Blazingly fast read that I couldn't tear myself away from. It's a classic horror plot -- best friend possessed by a demon, oh no what do I do?!?! Hendrix does a great job with it, though, driving through a combination of updated and new tropes around horror stories and throwing in a healthy (not overwhelming) dose of 80s nostalgia.

Definitely a candy-light book for horror fans. Recommended.
