This book had me enraptured from the first paragraph. I was immediately enthralled with the Thirteenth Tale. If you are a fan of darker stories but not of the ghostly way, this book is perfect. Just enough suspense and intensity to have you at the edge of your seat. I recommend this to Jane Eyre fans. That is my ultimate favorite over all and this one almost made it to the top of my list because it was so amazing!
