By the end of the second chapter it felt like Emma was a friend not a character, the tragedy she faces at the beginning had my heart hurting for her, Galen is well Galen, a prince if his "people" torn between duty and love, while it was a bit predictable in places I still lived it and have started if Triton, I hope it goes as well as the first.

This is the sequel to The Belles which I loved, but I have to say this book just sucked me right in, the story had me holding my breath at moments, not sure if I wanted to know what was going to happen next, I laughed, I cried, and I raged, it's been a long time since i had this emotional of a response to a book, Bravo Dhonielle Clayton, i hope there's more to come for these amazing characters.

Stunning writing that made the world come alive in my brain, I didnt love it in the beginning, it was actually a little hard to get into, but by the end I was a fan, I started book 2 as soon as I finished book one.

I read this one in a day, great fun series that kept the pages turning. I was sad when it was over, I really hope there are more if these books.

As good as the first one, character development is great in this series, they almost feel like real people and not just characters by the end of the book. I can't wait for the next one.

A great fun read that's well written, I forgot about half way through that it's about a teenager, can't wait to read the next one.

I fell in love with this series from the first line.

Honestly I grabbed this because of the cover art and lived the story, espionage, royalty, technology, "hidden worlds" this one really has it all.

Love love love this entire series, I picked up Meg on a whim and am now a true fan of the shark and the writer.

I picked this up after reading some others by this author and was surprised, interesting characters, plot twists I didn't see coming, will definitely read the rest of the series.
