An really emotionally jacked up bunch of teenagers send this faire realm into mayhem... how will our guardians deal with hormones and happenstance? Book 3 of this series and sometimes the bottom falls out of the story line...but keep reading on!

It was a decent read enough to follow them down through the series in Creepy Hollows history. This is so a Young Adult series .....so an overwhelming amount of teenage angst in the books.
Loved the whole series for a fun read. I do get exasperated with all the teenage angst... but this is a Young Adult series. Sad that it has come to an end, and almost wished I could be a "Lady of Qualitay"
Like clock work... September and February releases.... Damn Ive missed Eve & Peabody!
I couldn't finish this book because of my mental and emotional state at the moment not because of the writer, writing style or the book itself. Hopefully the next time I pick it up I am capable of hearing her tell me her story.
Briggs was about to lose me with the duel readers on the audiobook... I needed her to pull this off to stay with Mercy... Kudos Briggs you fooled me well! Cagey very cagey...!!!
Very jammed packed with Character growth... is a pivotal book for those who are reading the series in order. Those picking this book at random wont understand why the main characters are responding they way they are to the "holy shit" moments.
"All that I can say is that violence rose from the fear like smoke from a fire"
But a society that protects some people through a safety net of schools, goverment backed home loans, and ancestral wealth... but can only protect you with the club of criminal justice either has failed at forcing its good intentions or has succeeded at something much darker.....
Just started reading this and I cant finish it. As an African American woman reminds me of the preachy old school black woes unto us black folk of our past with an educated flair. Some of the things he has said I agree... but the majority thus far I am over it. A lot of what is said here is very valid, however this is more through his eyes and with his coping skills for America disease known as Racism.
Maybe I should have just read the book not the audio book... The reader just was exasperating. The book itself let me down because it was written in a manner that it was far too easy to figure out the plot and villans.
"Holy sacred stilleto" -Detective D. Peabody
Trying to be pulled into this life of Harry... not Potter.
Very first book of my very favorite series. It is jammed packed with information on the world and time and people in her head that will become part of your life.
I am a solid fan of the series, audio reader, & author. This book is titled based on the crumbs the writer started to drop in book 4 of the series regarding the main character and her past... its an underlined theme.
Great prequel of the Hollows series by Kim Harrison!!
