American-born Chinese Rachel Chu discovers the values and decision-making processes of the wealthy Singaporean society.
Pros: funny because it picks fun at stereotypes of wealthy classes through much of Southeast Asia
Cons: joke drags on too long, Rachel Chu is ridiculously clueless or ignorant for a NYU professor, many points of views make for slow pace story
