I enjoyed this story. Although I frequently read YA books this one was a little too simplistic for my tastes. Even so it was a good read and although I won‘t be following Mary‘s story further I do have a curiosity about what further adventures she had.

I‘ve heard how everyone loved this book and I really wanted to love it but it was just ok for me. Maybe the movie will make me like it more
