This book was a very interesting read no doubt. Jim Kwik has a very inspiring life story and the first idea about how your brain can be trained was encouraging. It essentially goes hand in hand with having a growth mindset this idea that you can do anything and you‘re not limit. His memory techniques are pretty solid as well. Overall I would give it 7/10.

Pickpick

Decent book about change and how to make better change. This book covers a lot of stories to illustrate the books main 3 points. I feel like the authors got a little long winded on some points but overall a good read and some great tips to use to influence change in your personal life.
