I love this quote about helping the shell of a seed crack and how this can help it grow. I connect to this deeply, being an educator who has the opportunity to help a student grow a little every day. However, to do this, you have to build a connection or crack the shell so they will open up to you.

This is a great quote! Educators need to prepare students for collaborating in a diverse international workforce.
