It was decent. A good light, non-substantive read. The writing was a bit wordy. Overly explanative but something that I didn't have think too hard about. Break from my normal reads. Probably would not read again.

Cutrently reading this. Excellent re-orientation for how to view and solve the problems in our lives, especially when the change needs to move beyond ourselves. So far, so good!
