My book club read for August and what a book! You can‘t help but love the characters. Set in Bath, this story really pulls you in and will keep you hooked! Absolutely love how all the characters are linked together. One of my most favourite books I‘ve read this year. Highly recommend.

Wow!! This book is “unputdownable” (not a word I know but you get the gist!) I gasped out loud twice at the twists! I can not recommend this book enough! Can‘t wait to read more by this author! You must read this book!

KateFulfordAuthor @MrsWhitt7 If you need another recommendation in a similar style, may I point you to my People‘s Book Prize nominated debut? Sassy female narrative, laugh out dialogue and a pacy plot. Check the link in the bio for 2 free chapters, reviews and more. 6y

Second book of September. I've read The Mummyfesto by this author and really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed this book. Tackled a sensitive issue really well. I'm wondering if there will be a further story from this book? Fingers crossed!

Book 6 of August was this absolutely beautiful book. I really don't want to say too much about it as I'd hate to spoil anything but totally didn't expect the ending it has. Can't wait to read more by this author.

Another Carole Matthews book! Was passed on to me by my Mum via my sister. Both loved it, as did I. I could not put this down. Was heart wrenching at times and heart warming too. Based on one of Carole's friends, it really was a truly lovely story. I think I have found another favourite author in Carole Matthews.

The second book of the series and it didn't disappoint. Laughed out loud again, following the antics of Lucy and the rest of the chocolate lovers club. Couldn't put it down. Highly recommend this series. Looking forward to starting the final instalment tomorrow!

I've only ever read one Carole Matthews book before this one. I'd read good reviews about this series of books (there are three) and it didn't disappoint! I laughed throughout at the hilarious antics of Lucy and her fellow chocolate club members! Am now reading book two in the series. For a funny, light hearted read, this is a must.

Loved The Vintage Tea Cup Club by this author. Downloaded this short story onto my kindle a while ago along with a couple of other books by Vanessa Greene. Reminded me how much I loved The Vintage teacup Club. Lovely little story that kept me entertained while I was at a children's birthday party with my little girl.

Sianybear1234 Read the vintage teacup club and enjoyed. Will keep my eyes open for this xx 8y
MrsWhitt7 @Sianybear1234 I think it might only be available on e-book but not 100% sure xx 8y

Another gripping yarn in the Helen Grace series. Read this after Liar Liar and wasn't disappointed. Whenever I read a M J Arlidge book, I immediately want to pick up the next book by him! Not many authors achieve this. I'm saving Hide and Seek for now. Time for something a bit lighthearted!

Another fantastic read in the Helen Grace series. Had me hooked straight from the start. Hadn't read anything for a while, hadn't had the time but knew this book would give me my reading mojo back. I can't recommend this author enough. Another fantastic read from M J Arlidge.

sooze76 Never read any but will try and find one now to give one a go 8y
