I actually did enjoy the contrast of the relationships in this book. It was a bit slow to start and I wasn't a fan of the organization of it all... But once it got going, I loved each character as they developed. I'd be curious to read more by this author.

I feel that this book was written more out of necessity than any actual desire. The story was sub par to the first book. It was nice to know what happened after but sometimes that's better left to the imagination.

I adored the unconventional love story in this book. I laughed and definitely cried. Very well done. I didn't even hate the ending really.

I kind of hated the main character but I think that was the point. Overall the book was well written. I enjoyed the mystery and the twists that it brought. Can't wait for the movie.

Donna_sBookMinute So far, I only feel sorry for her in a disgusted kind of way. She's pretty pitiful. Why can I not look away? 8y

I absolutely enjoyed this story from Christians perspective. It didn't give as much insight as I had hoped but I imagine if she decided to do the next two books this way it would. The writing is still sub par but the storyline kept me coming back.

Suspense filled throughout. Just when I thought I had figured out the all the secrets a huge plot twist changed everything. Ending was kind of anticlimactic.
