Spent Valentines with Marie-Louise Gay. What a great storyteller.

A good solid thriller about a potential terrorist bombing of a bus filled with students touring France that takes a hard look at prejudice and how society shapes individuals and colours our judgement.

Finally reading the book EVERYONE talked about in 2016. So far so good...📚

Multi-layered and painfully evocative of the awkwardness of youth, Liz Moore's The Unseen World is a story about identity and how familial relationships both define and have the potential to destroy us - and how we must ultimately learn how to live beyond their confines.

Wow. A powerful picture book with exquisite illustrations by Francesca Sanna about the refugee experience.
