Mark Levin is on the high-end of intellectual conservatives today. He ties the modern political jargon in with its historical and philosophical origins. Written right after Obama was elected in ‘08, Levin was prophetic in his description of what was to come in the world of elite statism.

A must read for all Christians. A call for all Christians to be educated in what they believe and defend it!

A long but worthwhile account of a lesser-known era in history. As a teacher, I found many of the stories and accounts helpful as I briefly covered this time period in English history. Each chapter is brief and reads fairly easy. Can be digested in tiny bites.

Like most Spec Ops guys, hugely entertaining to read. Interesting reflections and some great insights into combat. Great narrative of the mission to take down bin Laden.

Lots of good thoughts. A little too monastic for my liking. Downplays the work of the Holy Spirit.
