Confusing plot lines and just damn right boring. I really tried my best in liking this book especially since the premise looked interesting enough..unfortunately, the execution just didn't live up to it.
The group of kids at the heart of the novel was just too unlikeable. There's no real driving force behind the story. Mikey likes Henna, Henna might like someone else. An indie kid dies, off screen. Repeat, add family issues, repeat for 300 pages.
