I loved this book! The characters are charming and hilarious. I laughed, I cried, I couldn't put it down.

Graphic and violent book. I finished but my book club bailed. Anyone else that read this - I'd love to hear your thoughts on the significance of the bear throughout the book.

Thought provoking and riveting. A book that was emotionally hard to read but impossible to put down.

Wow! This was a difficult book to read. So tragic. I was blown away by the beautiful writing that made the most horrific events seem like poetry. What a talented writer.

I really enjoyed this book! I read the iPad beneath the ink version which had a great interactive feature that enhanced the story. I'd never read this classic and enjoyed our book club discussion- wow has the writing style and language changed since then.

I liked the book but it wasn't a page turner! Our book club had an okay discussion but agreed we needed more character development and a tighter plot.
