Serge Savard: Forever Canadien by Philippe Cantin is a book written about the 1986 HOF inductee Serge Savard. He played 17 seasons with the Montreal Canadiens and the Winnipeg Jets. This book documents his journey along his career. This book is an Autobiography and talks about all of his life stories and how he proceeds throughout them. The second half of the book talks a lot about his post-NHL career and more about his coaching career.

Austin.Borthwick He was the General Manager for the Montreal Canadiens from 1983-1995 winning 2 Stanley Cups to bring his total on his career to 10. He won 8 as a player, and 2 as a coach. It goes over all my hardships as a coach, like cutting, trading, and benching players. This book is excellent if you like sports autobiography like “I Never Had It Made” about the great Jackie Robinson. It is an all-around great book, and i would recommend it to anyone 1w

In “Serge Savard, Forever Canadian” by Philippe Cantin. Serge Savard talks about his story getting to the NHL and his experience in the NHL being a generational talented player, and a future Hall of fame player. This book is an excellent biography, he was a Player, Coach and later a General Manager of the Montreal Canadians. He has always been driven to play hockey, and worked harder than anyone else to get there.

Austin.Borthwick It is a favorite book of mine so far, and I‘m only half way through it, and it‘s my favorite biography I‘ve read. It is an amazing book to read, because of the the life he has had. He has some amazing story‘s of players and coaches he has played with. It goes very in depth about everything he has done and gone through, and his thought process during all the critical moments of his career. It details our countries rich history of hockey though the 1mo
