This is the book I have planned for #SoldiersStory for #booked2019. It‘s short stories about men and women serving in/coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan.

#TheWayoftheWarrior introduced Worf (from TNG) to DS9 and started the war with Klingons as a plot line. While I didn‘t care for the Klingon war, the dynamic/writing shifted to where the episodes went from good to great. I liked the serialization of the episodes as well. #StarTrekSummerJune

The addition of Worf at the beginning of season 4 was definitely the turning point of the DS9 series, equal to The Best of Both Worlds on TNG. I like Worf more on DS9 than TNG, his character got more depth, and his romance with Jadzia was perfect, much better than the one they tried with him and Troi.

DS9 4.01 #TheWayoftheWarrior One of the best season openers on television ever, two hours of killer plot, surgical dialogue, and Worf. The best Klingon episode ever, I won't talk about it more, you go watch it.

Tagging Sun Tzu, like a cliché (yet relevant for the plot), but I want to mention Diane Carey's novelization which is amazing, even better than the episode itself.
