Did anyone else feel like the movie took all the emotion out of the book?! I was so disappointed with the movie after TJR wrote such beautiful descriptions of how to deal with grief and moving on and then the movie just took these characters, their personality, and feelings and just flattened them into these boring personas. Also.. Anyone who is #TeamJesse, you‘re WRONG. He‘s a freaking walking red flag. 3.5/5 stars

BooksNBowls @LeeRHarry you might like it idk I just thought they tried way too hard to turn it into a rom com and it‘s NOT a rom com lol and there‘s so much GREAT dialogue from the book they completely erased for some mediocre lines 🙄 2y
