You are never persuasive when you are abrasive.

I apparently started reading this book like 5 years ago and then didn‘t successfully complete all 40 days of it successfully and consecutively….it‘s lines like this that reveal to me that I was a very different person with very different ideals back then!!

BRB, imma just be over here for a good long while pondering whether or not a can come into agreement with this or not…..😂🤔🤣

Itchyfeetreader I am not sure I agree. I think relationships are always worth finding a peace in or from. 2w
Chelseabillups30 @Itchyfeetreader, we may have to end up agreeing to disagree here….I think that‘s always where I start, but if I am being honest about the role I played in something and also the only one being honest about the actions of those around me, and that has happened in some recent relationships, I guess I just have the take that relationships are a two way street and when I realize some have not functioned that way, I have had to let them go. 2w
Itchyfeetreader I just got off a eleven hour flight so possibly wasn‘t making sense - I agree with you. I don‘t think the quote is correct. I am at a point where I am good with a relationship ending and not investing myself in it further but think aspirationally it‘s good to have peace with that and feel like it‘s been a choice of my own to not engage not just a reaction to the other person x 2w

God expects unity, not uniformity, and we can walk arm in arm without seeing eye to eye on every issue.

Pickpick

3 ⭐ This book is about a fire hydrant who thinks they‘re worth more than being peed on every day. They consider themselves a toilet. The illustrations are what really makes this book move. The words are a fire hydrant feeling like they‘re different and they deserve more than to be a dog toilet, but the illustration show that this fire hydrant is going to be used for what it was designed for in just a few more pages.
