Very much enjoyed this brief journey into the Universe.

Its probably more enjoyable for those with a decent grasp of physics. A great overview of the basics in astrophysics.

A quick read, and a good reminder of all the mysteries still to solve in the universe.

A couple more art projects (scrap glass moons) & now off to watch Money in the Bank.

meenareads (4) To me, professional supremacy is when one can enunciate the intricacies to a rookie. Neil DeGrasse Tyson, the renowned astrophysicist and Raj's nemesis in The Big Bang Theory, has done it in his book, Astrophysics For People in a Hurry. It was a while ago I listened to this, but the thoughts are afresh in my mind.

meenareads (5) Narrated by the author, it was soothing as he reveals the sublime and the most exciting ideas in astrophysics. He weaves a story of the past, present, and future of the universe, with generous amounts of spirituality, humanity, and a cosmic perspective.

meenareads (6) I am humbled, as I do not live simply in this universe, the universe lives within me.
I am grounded as I understood the universe doesn't have to make sense to me.
The whys, whats, and hows this gave me will take me on an un-ending journey to seek answers I know I will never find 3y
