A few of my family antiques. What happens when you have French/French Creole and German and German/Swiss ancestors and a Louisiana public school education? You have books in languages you can't read. That's what.

It does occurr to me that Hearn's Chita: A Memory of Last Island got cut out of the picture. That is a favorite and in English. That one, I can read. The Poe is in English as well. Heh.
