My children made fun of me for having all of these labeled jars the contents of which don't match the labels. So I made Maple Butter Nut Granola to put in the granola canister, which formerly held walnuts. Of course, I used the pumpkin seeds stored in the jar marked both "squash" and "hummingbird sugar." It's a great accompaniment to the coffee from the "almonds" jar.

Christine Haha, love it! I spy a passion fruit - do you have vines? Ours have been producing like crazy this year! 5y
ImperfectCJ @Christine Good eye! Yes, it's our first year with our passionfruit vine. I have it in a half-barrel, defying the predictions of the nursery guy who said it wouldn't fruit in a container and vindicating the random SD YouTube guy who said it would. It's still got fruit on it, which confuses me. 5y
Christine That‘s awesome!! We have two vines that we planted in the ground maybe two years ago and both of them are completely out of control, covering yards and yards of fence and producing a ridiculous amount of fruit. And we essentially do nothing to take care of them, hardly even water them. It‘s crazy! (Also I feel like my husband has watched that very YouTube guy. 😂) 5y
ImperfectCJ @Christine They grow fast, that's for sure! Ours is in a corner and has grown up the metal grid we attached to both sections of fence, 8+ feet on either side. I have to prune it so it doesn't try to invade the neighbor's yard. Very pretty, but I feel sometimes like I've put in motion something I can't quite control... 5y

Nothing makes me hungrier than the recipes and memories these books contain. Bottom left is from a restaurant in my college town - all comfort food. Bottom right has my favorite salad and fruit crisp recipes. Top right has my favorite soup, and demystifies how to cook yummy greens. Top left has the best salsa recipe ever, which holds the best memory with my granddaughter who's now in heaven. #booksthatmakemehungry #septphotochallenge

DebinHawaii Love it! I have the two on the right! ❤️🍴📚 8y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @DebinHawaii I'm not surprised you have those two! 8y
