I am finishing up my last 2 books of the year the next 2 days, and I will not be doing my best of until I finish them, but I do know how I did with my 2024 goals in general.

I Started out strong with my Jose Saramago goal, but only ended up reading 3 of 12. I lost track of the classics I was going to read, but know of at least 4 I didn't get to. I own them all so will roll them over to 25.

cariashley Wow, this is super impressive, well done! 5d
imthatniki Which Saramago novel did you enjoy the most? 5d
ChaoticMissAdventures @imthatniki I still have not read 3 of his, but over the years I have read most - I love his writing, and my favorite still (and one of my very favorite books of all time) is 5d

imthatniki Ohhh Thanks! 😊 I'll try that one day 5d
BarbaraBB Well done. I find Saramago very hard to read even though I loved 5d
ChaoticMissAdventures @BarbaraBB Blindness is so good but so dark. I reread it this year and it definitely hits differently after living in a pandemic. He has a few more hopeful ones, I read and enjoyed for the first time this year more of a comedy 5d
BarbaraBB Thanks! I‘ll check out that one! 5d
CoverToCoverGirl Amazing! 🎉💙 4d
