I am not a foodie, and I don't have the most refined palette, but @WildAlaskaBibliophile treated me to the best meal of my life last night at Seven Glacier in Girdwood. Here are five of the six courses; perfectly portioned, amazing flavors. Morel, sea bass, wagyu, vegan mousse. Even the tomato in the pasta blew me away! I also imbibed an excellent Sazerac and a dirty martini. Absolute delight!
