Book 58📚 3.5⭐️

Bad boys are sent to Wilderness reform camp in the Montana mountains. But here, the scariest thing isn‘t the wild or the bears… it‘s a lot closer to home and a lot more sinister.

Mehso-so

When Ben is abruptly sent to a reform wilderness camping program instead of juvie, he isn‘t relieved since it means leaving his younger brother with only their mean aunt. Plus, right away, something feels not right about the leader and counselors of the camp. This unfolds slowly & though there‘s originality to the plot, it takes a while to get there. Ben‘s own character development feels contradictory at times, too, but it is entertaining.

Itchyfeetreader This sounds interesting. Just read a non fiction on flaws in the justice system so a different approach sounds interesting 2mo
TorieStorieS @Itchyfeetreader This one is definitely fiction and the ending doesn‘t tie up any practicalities at all from that perspective… but I do think that there are some real-life programs similar (minus the supernatural elements, of course!🤣) 2mo
