The more I grow in age and maturity, I am gaining an understanding of my relationship with anxiety. The authors of this amazing book offer many helpful suggestions that stand apart from other resources b/c they explain how the amygdala works and how the tools will work on the amygdala. For me, understanding how the brain works makes all the difference in applying their suggestions.
