This is the 6th book in the Sparks & Bainbridge series. This book was so good! But I‘m so upset with the way it ended. It‘s a big spoiler so I won‘t say anything. But I love the mystery and their business.

I love some Sparks & Bainbridge and have been looking forward to this one. The books and ebooks at my libraries all had horrendously long hold lists, but the audiobook was readily available for some reason.
Did I find reasons to drive places today so I could listen to it in my car?
You bet your sweet friend Sally I did!
Ha! I crack myself up sometimes 😁
I went a little overboard at the library today! Back from vacation and first time back at the library!
And only 3 14 day loans 🤦♀️🤦♀️

“Murder at the White Palace” is book 6 in the ‘Sparks & Bainbridge‘ series and it‘s another fun and delightful read. I love the witty dialogue between Iris and Gwen, but it doesn‘t stop with them, all the characters bring so much to the table that you won‘t get bored reading it. I‘m impatiently waiting for Book 7 (and 8 and 9 and 10 and 😁🤞🤞🤞🤞)
Themes: Post-WWII Life in London, Friendship, Murder mystery
I can‘t believe this is already the sixth book in this series 🤯 I don‘t know what I‘ll do when it wraps up, and I say that in the present tense because it better wrap up nicely when the time comes…. Or else I‘m going to go all Iris Sparks
