so-soI‘m not sure how to describe this book. It‘s both fascinating and frustratingly nebulous. The author claims he has access to higher realms of experience through recollections of life before he was born or the “between lives” time although it‘s never made quite clear how. The book is like a serious of aphorisms arranged by topic and then a FAQ section. Much of it is interesting life philosophy; some of it reads like Spinoza or Heidegger. Meh.
