bailedDNF at 57%. Things started to stir a little bit at last but at this point I don‘t even care anymore, and the world building was too watery to pull me in. This is not my author I guess, which I kind of felt with another book of hers I couldn‘t finish a while ago. Oh well.

pickHonestly, now that I‘m writing a review, I can barely remember what this book was actually about? But I did binge it in 3 days, so it was entertaining and cute enough to engage me. FMC Niamh is a magical seamstress, who ends up falling for the Prince she has been hired to create a wedding wardrobe for. I already can‘t remember what the rest of the plot conflict is about (something about magic and Royal politics). I do love the illustrated cover.

“A Fragile Enchantment” was a book I had been looking forward to receiving and reading, but I took off a star due to seeming a bit lackluster at times. However, I enjoyed the plot and character development throughout. The book does a nice job of wrapping up loose ends (always a big fan of that), and I enjoyed Kit‘s and Niamh‘s ending.
It's been a pretty shit day at work so far, but thankfully my January Owlcrate book arrived during my lunch break to make everything much better! 🥹💕📚 Books really are such a great cure-all! Look at those beautiful pink page edges! 🤭 #owlcrate
