The book is filled with good information, well written, but it could use pauses for our brains to breathe at the beginning. It may be overwhelming for some. The book helps you find answers, confidence and feel at ease, there are tools for us to manage and put to practice improving our self-esteem, which helps us manage our stress. Love the way the author talks to the reader through questions. What would happen if we act in a way or another. Why? Because when we pick up a book like this to read, we want to feel empowered, and not be reminded every single time about our flaws. MORE ⬇ 3y

After that it focuses more on fashion and physique. Self-care.

I think the best part of the book is also the checklist at the end. It should be printed out or written on a piece of paper and kept in a place you frequently see, like on the fridge to remind you what you just learned. It‘s really helpful. MORE ⬇ 3y
Overall, an interesting read with good advice and a priceless check list at the end for you to empower yourself every day.
