Meh. My least favourite of the series. I found it rather slow. It was too religion heavy for my personal taste.

I picked this up with zero expectations. It‘s the last in the trilogy but the one I thought I‘d like the best. IT WAS SO GOOD!! I cried, I laughed, I grinned ear to ear. I was committed to the struggle of Aiden to find a balance between his need for religion and his love for Elijah. The spice? 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. I‘m going to need to get the first two in the series now.

I finished my October #BookSpin late last night. It was Sierra Simone's 3rd book in her Priest series. This one features Aiden Bell, who is now a monk, and the man he left 5 years ago, Elijah. This was all angst and beautifully written. I couldn't give it 5 stars, because it had a smidge too much religious description for me. But otherwise really enjoyed this 2nd chance romance.
