Selma Falck meets up with friends with catastrophic consequences.
One of her friends that day is taken out when a sniper attacks and fatally shoots her.
Confused as to why this has happened both Selma and the police for a time assume that its Selma herself that was the intended target and her friend just got in the way.
But then Selma starts to dig deep and what she uncovers reveals that this was all just part of a wider situation.

This sort of story is not usually my sort of thing, but after reading the first chapter, I thought I would give it a try. By the second chapter there has been a shooting in a coffee shop and somebody dies. They think that the wrong person has died and the real target has got away with an injury.
