so-so

This new take on the DOOM PATROL, by the creator of THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY, makes a lot of sense, when you consider his original creation was a variation on the same themes (further down the rabbit hole, both titles owe their existence to the X-MEN). He admirably captains the ship, but I‘ll always prefer the ā€90s run of this book.
