Once upon a time, they ruled me. For an entire year, I endured their shit. But senior year is going to be different.

Book one of five and I‘m wondering why there are more after the first. I mean yeah, cliffhanger...but oy characters and storyline development nonexistent. Violence, darkness, drug use, anger, over sexualized 17 year olds, unsafe sex (multiple partners no condom) and horrible abuse check. This was a hard read as a freaking adult. To my mind not brilliant for the 17-18 year olds it‘s targeting.
