panI should‘ve DNF-ed this after 100 pages. 🙄 Its one ⭐️ is for the cover. The writing is just…bad. I skimmed most of it hoping it would redeem itself at the end, but it was somehow worse! Ugh.

GirlNamedJesse @BookishMarginalia Yeah, I was really looking forward to it! It was just…not good. The characters feel like cookie cutter cutouts, the world was very abrupt and unbelievable, and the end was just eye-roll inducing. It could‘ve been so good. :( 4y
