I would have never known about this story if this hadn‘t been required reading for a committee I‘m on. The crime itself was disgusting and the “punishment” was a disgrace. The family and friends of Vincent Chin were relentless in their quest for justice and it was inspiring to see something come from their hard work.

I cannot believe I've lived in MI my whole life and never heard of this case! Yoo did an excellent job presenting the facts without demonizing the killer or bogging down the story. Worth a read for everyone. #nonfiction #yanonfiction
