Hard to believe that some US states have made it illegal to store water on your property...as if the state owns the rain. 🙄
wanderinglynn Last I checked, it‘s not illegal to collect rainwater in any state, and some states, like RI & VA, encourage it. But some states, like CO, do have strict regulations on things like capacity, purpose, and use. 5y
