Spending this storm tossed day in bed reading after a filled Xmas. It‘s perfect reading weather, it‘s thunder hailing outside, our lovely Aussie summer giving its regular 30C 80% humidity storms interspersed with blazing hot sunny skies. Just once I‘d love a cold White Xmas! At least the cover matches the sky outside. pickFinished book six for the #readtherainbow challenge. Under Currents by Nora Roberts for indigo. It was my first ever book by this author and I really enjoyed it! Plus, the cover is just so pretty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
pickA good quick read. Overall its a sad book that does truly describes abuse in families but ends in a happy tone with two people who fall in love like any romance book does. Yeah the characters are a little too good to be true but its a romance book what more can you expect.
