The Nature of Physical Theory | 
pickGot this free from my department, it‘s a book-version of a series of lectures given in the 1930s by a Nobel Prize winning physicist on topics in the philosophy of physics. I found it interesting, especially thinking about how much is still relevant (or no longer so relevant) after almost 100 years! But prob not the best intro to or overview of the philosophy of physics (some recent books may be better and more engaging).
