The how Can it be Gluten Free Cookbook
The how Can it be Gluten Free Cookbook: Revolutionary Techniques, Groundbreaking Recipes | America's Test Kitchen (Firm)
4 posts | 3 read | 2 to read
Gluten free recipes perfected Successful gluten free recipes require more than just new ingredients. You need new techniques and that's where our test kitchen team can help. We tried thousands of recipes (most were pretty awful) before we figured out the secrets to making favorite foods without gluten. In this landmark book, we tell what works (and why) so you can successfully prepare lasagna, fried chicken, and fresh pasta in your kitchen. And we have reinvented the rules of baking to produce amazing cookies, cakes, breads, biscuits and more.

Seriously, they should pay ME for making recipes. Every time I tell another thousand people how good these gluten-free cookies (and other recipes) are. Yummity yum yum! Left to Right: chocolate crinkles, sugar, gingersnaps, pecan bars.

DGRachel Ooh, I love a good sugar cookie! 5y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @DGRachel Thanks—These are so good. How are you feeling? 5y
DGRachel Like death warmed over, but it will pass. I‘m starting to feel hungry, which is a good sign. I was hardly able to eat anything all day because of the nausea. I think the Yaupon peppermint tea helped. I think I‘m going to try to read a little before bed. Thanks for asking! 5y

BarbaraTheBibliophage @DGRachel Glad to hear. At least you can read again. Take the eating part slowly ... hopefully it‘ll improve soon! 5y

It‘s been a good #24B4Monday #readathon day. I tried a new recipe for GF Oatmeal-Craisin cookies while audiobooking. Plus I finished my #lmpbc #nfornonfiction book. And the night‘s still young. I‘d like to get 8 hours in, but I also want to watch some news. #ibelevewomen has been on my mind all day, but I needed a break.

Riveted_Reader_Melissa Good for you. I watched a lot of CNN and moved furniture today! Hopefully I‘ll have settled myself out enough to read tonight! 6y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Riveted_Reader_Melissa Moving furniture ... hope you like what you did! I‘ll be watching Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddox tonight. maybe Don Lemon. My peeps. 🤪 6y
BeansPage Great start girl! 😀 6y

Riveted_Reader_Melissa @BarbaraTheBibliophage My nephew moved out all the stuff I was storing from him earlier this week, so I was able to move my stuff back where it used to be instead of all crowded together. 6y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Riveted_Reader_Melissa Nice! You‘re a kind aunt to store the stuff. 6y

Every single recipe I've tried is fantastic and worth making again and again. Especially the pumpkin pie!
