pickThis is a soft pick. A quick easy read, but uneven. There were parts I really liked, there were some I didn‘t. Some of it felt rushed, some of it felt like it could‘ve been fleshed out more, some of it was great. Matt was well done. Bridget felt a bit uneven. Overall, not a bad story.

pickIntern Matt Kido can‘t do anything about his attraction for attorney Bridget Nolan because she‘s his boss. Of course, once his internship ends, he doesn‘t hesitate to ask her out—but when she needs him to be her date to a family wedding in Vegas, it turns out that working together wasn‘t the only complication they‘d need to deal with.
After not loving Not the Girl You Marry, I was surprised to enjoy this romance. It‘s a lot of fun.
pickEveryone seemed to love Not The Girl You Marry and I felt like it was plagiarism, someone writing their version of How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days. However, I loved this book and in reverse would love to see it played out on screen as a rom-com or even a mini series. Not an overly open-door romance but there is some sex, it was the family, friends, exes dynamics that added so much to the plot.

pickWell! This book didn‘t quite go the way I was expecting it and that is okay with me! I really enjoyed that the hero and heroine, for the most part, knew the other to be true. Really enjoyed this one!
