In general I liked this YA thriller but some parts and twists are pretty predictable. This is a novel published in 2016 and I don‘t think there is a sequel but with that ending...? 🤔who knows...

This book was pretty good I enjoyed it. It kept me guessing very well written loved it!

I typically do not read YA, especially YA mystery/thriller, but The Telling is exceptional. It is a book that will be hard to put down, and in between reading you will be talking about it to anyone willing to listen.

Some parts of the book were hard to follow and tell the difference between something from the past and something that was currently happening. Overall not too bad though with a couple of twists to the story. It started off fast and slowed a little in the middle and ended fast again.
