Historias de Mujeres / Stories of Women | Rosa Montero

These are stories of unique women whom the author attempts to comprehend. They appear generous, wicked, cowardly, brave, outgoing or even timid. All of the women are original, and some appear even more impressive through their extraordinary adventures. But no matter how very unusual these women may seem, women can always identify themselves in them. This book includes the lives of important women in history such as: Frida Kahlo, the Bronte sisters, Simone de Beauvoir, Agatha Christie among others."

Rosa Montero is a Spanish journalist and writer. She writes from a femenine perspective and her non fiction is usually short stories about really interesting women. The titile of this post is different than the one on the picture, both are pick. The book on the picture is the story of women who shared affairs or marriages with dictators. The translated book are tales of all kinds of real women.
