When I read the description of this months ago, I knew I wanted this NF book about Richmond, CA - a town that had hit the bottom of the barrel in just about every measurable way; but then turned things around....
I won a copy via LibraryThing's Early Reviewer program; but the publisher never delivered a final much less an ARC, so I went ahead and ordered a finished copy.😉
