Definitely the weakest volume I‘ve read so far, but still a pretty fun time. Glad to see characters return like Bulma, Krillin, Master Roshi, and Launch! The Red Ribbon Army just feels like a generic crime syndicate and doesn‘t seem to pose much threat to Goku and friends (plus it‘s dragging on a bit too long).
