39 books & comics in October. Favorites include: Middlewest continues to be a fantastic read—looking forward to December & the next issue. Exile from Eden was a solid sequel to Grasshopper Jungle. Frankissstein was weird & wonderful. Reynolds‘ MG is just as good as his YA—loved Look Both Ways. Pumpkinheads was the PERFECT October read. Blackfish City was very entertaining & Black Science, Vol. 9 was a fantastic conclusion to a great comic.
#ncbd!!! Took the kids with me today—my son picked up a box of 50 comics for $10. I like the way he shops! My daughter stuck with three older issues—Flash, Ironman & Captain American. My purchases are below—Middlewest #12, Pretty Violent #3, Wonder Woman #81 & Ascender #6 new this week. Also added Paper Girls, Vol. 6 which I somehow missed when it was released earlier this month. I think we are all looking forward to an afternoon of reading!
