This was an insightful, fascinating and nuanced conversation about human sexuality. I couldn't put it down.

Being written by a comedian as a work of journalism, I'm rating it as an exploration of the topics rather than a serious scientific work.

It made me laugh out loud. It also made me angry and nauseous at the way some people treat others. It was a read that felt both light and heavy at the same time.

I highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 stars)

This is my #doublespin book.

Has anyone read it? Is it going to be light and funny or is it going to make me angry and miserable?

My (slightly messy) Bookspin for July. C'mon, Rae, let's end this slump!

My June attempt at BookSpin wasn't very effective. I finished DM for murder (which was pants) and in a few days time I'll have finished Words of Radiance (which I'm really getting into now).

Other than that I've been in a bit of a slump, despite having Plain, Bad Heroines & Muse of Nightmares on the go. I have high hopes for both of these, but haven't been in the right mood for them.

ONWARDS TO JULY!!!!!! HUZZAH!!!!

RaeLovesToRead @TheAromaofBooks forgot to tag! Sorry 😁😅 4y

A Pick on the strength of its author and the amount of work she put into this. It is a challenging subject for me personally to read about—if Sara hadn‘t written this, I wouldn‘t have read it. On the whole I did prefer Animal, but both books are good.

An interesting and amusing read. Sarah has done her homework on this book and raises some interesting questions/observations about the differences between the behaviour of men and women.
