Theresa Santiago is wise beyond her years as well as alluringly attractive. But is she the answer to the Actons' domestic woes and political aspirations, or a threat to everything they hold dear? After a drunken tryst with Theresa, Gordon finds himself scrambling protect his reputation. And his wife Ellie is accused her of plaigiarism on her dissertation and worse. Blackmailed and desperate, the Actons work out a deadly plan which backfires horribly in a conclusion as shocking as it is gripping.
