pickA low pick for my #doublespin selection. An enjoyable pair - she‘s sassy and capable, he‘s strong and principled, and their struggles are believable. It felt like the first storyline took up too much time and shorted the concluding story. Also, enough with “making her petals bloom” - seriously, one of the worst euphemisms I‘ve read!

pickThis is the second Jenkins book I have read and I liked this one more. Ian is formerly an outlaw and now a bounty hunter and U.S Deputy. Maggie has killed a man in self-defense and is being escorted to another town so the locals don‘t take justice into their own hands. I love Maggie. She is full of sass and strength. I already liked Ian, but the conversation above made me love him. 😊 #BookspinBingo #NovelNovember
